A web app for investigators: a case's statements, documents and photos go on one board, and the user's own Claude or Grok builds and reviews it through a connector, flagging contradictions and gaps and citing the evidence behind each finding. The app makes no AI calls of its own. Built end to end and live.

• Remote MCP server that Claude and Grok add as a connector: OAuth 2.1 sign-in, read and write tools under each user's row-level security, and an interactive board drawn inside the Claude chat
• Shared case boards with read-only or editing access, changes showing for every viewer within a second or two

Designed and built a multi-tenant school management SaaS from scratch. Started in my own time while teaching at Phoenix School, where it first went live, and since generalised into a self-serve product any school can sign up to. In daily use, with ongoing hardening and support.

Jun 2025

Co-founded and built a production-ready tutoring and courses marketplace end-to-end. Tutors can onboard, manage availability, and run live 1-to-1 or group lessons. The platform is live and stable, currently awaiting marketing push to onboard students.
